Students who practice martial arts will discover new energy, vitality, motivation and confidence. This has a direct positive effect on your academics, work, relationships, and communication with others and with life in general. Martial art training is challenging, but the results equal the effort. Martial Arts develop; discipline, character, dignity, loyalty, honor and a sense of pride in accomplishments. Our Classes
Traditional Japanese Tea/Bushido Ceremony that I performed for my recent Shodans, who tested on 10/10/2020. It was filmed in St. Thomas, VI. The ceremony was for all of us, was a deep reflection of their journey through the Kyu ranks to Shodan, and for me the deepest honor and gratitude to be their teacher.
They each reached the deepest respect, honor, and meaning of a true warrior. They are all very capable well trained Black Belts. But they gave up themselves to the deepest meaning of reflection and honor in the moments during the Ceremony.
To me, this is the True Path of Martial Artist. I had the great honor to serve tea to my long-time friend Grandmaster Ed Hartzell. I reflected on our long friendship, brotherhood, and training over the years. I hope you enjoy viewing this short video, as much as I do.
Shodans: Wilston Wilito Wheatley, John Attias, Celine Otto, Lee Harthman, Ehren Hendersen, Monica Bryan and Junior Black Belt, Rashell Machuca
